Neuton News from New Brunswick
Here's what one Canadian paper has to say about the Neuton:
We've been testing the Neuton rechargeable lawn mower, and it's super!
The rechargeable battery gives you plenty of power and running time to mow about 15,000 square feet of lawn and, since there's no gas or oil needed, you don't have to worry about the smell, the contamination or the emissions that pollute the air.

They love the Neuton in Vegas
The Las Vegas Review-Journal:
Eyes will pop and your neighbors will turn green with envy when you bring out your Neuton battery-powered lawn mower. Decked out in bright green with orange accents, it won't go unnoticed.

Don't take our word for it...
You'll learn plenty about Neuton Mowers as you explore www.neutonpower.com. But you might also be interested in what others are saying about their machines. Over at handymanclub here's their latest review:
The mower’s ergonomics are excellent. It features 10-in. rear wheels that make pushing relatively easy, a handle that can be adjusted from about 35 to 40-1/2 in., a one-handle, four-position cutting-height adjustment, and a full-width start/stop control bar with safety lockout. The controls on the handle include an easy-to-read charge indicator and a switch to select either the mower or the optional string-trimmer attachment. Under the top cover you’ll find the 36-volt interchangeable battery, onboard tool storage, a removable safety key and the cutting-height adjustment. The mower comes with a bagging attachment, a side-discharge chute and a deck plug for mulching, and its handle can be folded flat for transportation.

What’s Your Story?
Neuton Mowers have a great story to tell. They are the perfect fit for our times – quiet, efficient and they get the job done without a drop of gasoline.
And Neuton Mower owners also have great stories to tell. They are smart, innovative and on the cutting edge of a trend that is changing the way people care for their lawns.
So, what do you do when you have more stories to tell than space to tell them? You start a blog, of course!
Welcome to the Mow Better Blog!
If you’re just checking out Neuton Mowers, this will be a great space to learn more about the machines and what makes them tick. If you already own a Neuton, hopefully you will use this blog to tell others about your experience, and maybe share a photo or video of your yard.
From Neuton World Headquarters we’ll post stories from our engineers and product testers. We’ll take readers on the road to some of the “Mow Down Pollution” lawn mower exchange programs Neuton is famous for. And we’ll introduce you to some of the worthy organizations that have received Neutons for Non-Profits. We’ll also share with you the news on Neuton from around the world.
If you own a Neuton, we’d love to share your story too. Owners can submit their Neuton Story here and in return get a free Neuton decal. Or post your story and photos in the comments.
If you aren’t yet a Neuton Owner, this is your place to ask questions, get answers, and learn more about the Neuton experience. What would you like to know?

AP Wire: High gasoline prices changing lawn-mowing habits
Last month the Associated Press, released a news article focusing on the trend away from gas-powered mowers, stating:
"Sales of manual — or push reel — mowers with the cartwheeling blades are on the rise this year. Officials attribute the surge to increased environmental concerns because of emissions from gas-powered mowers, the faltering economy that makes the generally less expensive push reels more attractive, and $4-a-gallon gasoline.
'It's unbelievable,' said Teri McClain, inside sales administrator. 'I think gas prices are playing a part in this.'
McClain estimates that about 300,000 push reel mowers are sold annually in the United States. That's about the same number of electric mowers that are sold."
Here at Neuton Power, we've taking part in several initiatives for homeowners to try out and trade in their gas mower for a Neuton Electric Mower.
Last spring over 4,000 California residents switched from a gas mower to a Neuton Mower in the South Coast Air Quality Management District’s “Mow Down Air Pollution” program. According to EPA statistics, that will spare the air:
• 1,696 pounds of smog-creating hydrocarbons
• 44.8 pounds of irritating particles
• 13,792 pounds of carbon dioxide
We are proud to have been chosen by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) of California to help consumers clean the air by replacing gas mowers with a non-polluting alternative: The Neuton Mower.
Do you own a Neuton? We would like to hear from you! We are collecting stories, videos and photos of our Neuton owners. Who knows, you might see your story on our blog! Submit your Story Here
