If you are not satisfied with your NEUTON® Mower within 6 months of your original ship date (30 days for commercial use), we ask that you call us. If we cannot resolve what is causing dissatisfaction, you can return your machine for a complete refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling).

2-Year Warranty
Your NEUTON® Product is guaranteed for a full two years from the original ship date to be free from defects in materials or workmanship in residential use (90 days for commercial use). We will repair or replace, at our option, any product which fails due to a manufacturing defect. Damage due to shipping the product(s) to you is covered under this warranty. Replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: The 6-Month Risk-Free Trial and 2-Year Warranty are not transferable and do not cover items damaged by abuse, usage not in accordance with product instructions, improper care, or improper maintenance.
