How to Place an Order

Online orders

Choose the product or products you wish to purchase and add them to your Cart. Then follow the prompts to place your order.

Phone orders

If you would like to place your order by phone, please call us TOLL-FREE at 1-800-798-2921.

Fax orders

If you received product information by mail you may fax your completed Order Form to 1-802-877-1213. Please include a return fax number in case we have questions about your order. Fax orders can be sent 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.

Mail orders

If you would like to pay by check or money order, please mail your order to us. Please include a phone number should we need to contact you about your order. Mail your orders to:

International Orders

After placing your International Order online, we will contact you via e-mail with the shipping and handling charges. Should you have questions about making an International Order, please call 1-802-877-1200 ext. 2040. (Payment for International orders must be in U.S. dollars, drawn from a U.S. bank.)

Changing Your Order

Please call if you've placed an order and wish to change it. U.S. Customers may reach us by calling TOLL-FREE 1-800-798-2921. Our call center is currently open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 8:30 am to 5 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5:30 pm, Eastern Time. Customers outside of the U.S., please contact our Special Markets Department by calling 1-802-877-1200 ext. 2040 (Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, Eastern Time).
